2020 has been a year filled with fear, uncertainty and worry. Preparing for the next government announcement, loss of your job or not being able to see your loved ones yet again… it’s bound to impact on our mental well-being.
But for some, this adds up to so much more than a niggling thought or a bad day. 1 in 4 of us here in the UK are affected by mental health issues. It’s not always easy to find the right help when you, or someone you know, hits crisis point.
